These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and beo444.net ("beo444," "the Company," "we," "us," "our"). • "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, matched deposit bonuses, or other promotional value credited to a Player's beo444 account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player through approved payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, including identity documents such as a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Activities" — actions defined in Section 7, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, and money laundering.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use beo444, you must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced. beo444 will request age verification documents during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a beo444 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You must not impersonate any other person or entity during registration.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one beo444 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is a serious violation of this Agreement. beo444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice, void all winnings and bonuses held across those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of beo444 complies with the laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction. beo444 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all locations. Players in Pakistan acknowledge and accept this responsibility by proceeding with registration.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beo444 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. beo444 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

beo444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard documents requested include a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC, a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days as proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. beo444 may apply an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month to dormant accounts following this 12-month period. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance after fees will be returned to the Player upon request.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly notify beo444 of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or payment methods. beo444 is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information on file.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

beo444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits to your beo444 account are processed in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your balance. beo444 does not charge any processing fees on standard PKR deposits. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where practicable. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed same-day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. beo444 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions. Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced limits. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

beo444 maintains strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities. beo444 will not process any transaction it reasonably suspects to be related to money laundering or other illicit financial activity.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by beo444 are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as these general bonus terms. Where any conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each bonus offer. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 in total wagers must be completed using bonus funds before any winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games on beo444 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and certain crash games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. The contribution schedule for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire and be removed from your beo444 account without compensation. Standard bonus validity is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

beo444 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if the Company reasonably determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting low-margin games to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating play with other accounts to abuse promotions, or any strategy specifically designed to defeat the purpose of a promotional offer.

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on beo444 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game's RNG has been independently tested and certified by a third-party testing laboratory to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Players acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by RNG and that beo444 has no ability to alter or manipulate individual game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that disrupts a game or betting market, beo444 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to affected accounts. 6.3 Sportsbook — Cricket and Other Markets

All sports betting on beo444, including PSL cricket matches, Pakistan international cricket, ICC tournaments, and other sports, is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Rules for each sport are available in the sportsbook section. In case of event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, beo444's standard settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply.

6.4 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered accepted only when you receive an explicit confirmation from beo444 with a unique bet reference number. Pending or unconfirmed bets are not valid. beo444 is not liable for bets lost during transmission due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on beo444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where warranted, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one beo444 account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, stolen payment instruments, or identity theft.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play casino games or place sports bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering.

All content on the beo444 platform — including but not limited to the beo444 name, logo, game graphics, website design, software, text, images, promotional material, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of beo444 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use beo444's platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any beo444 content without prior written authorisation from beo444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beo444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming funds, or loss of goodwill.

beo444's total liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

beo444 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or error-free. Planned and unplanned maintenance may interrupt service without advance notice, though beo444 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

beo444 collects, processes, and stores personal data from players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the beo444 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject.

beo444 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the services described in these Terms (such as payment processing via JazzCash or EasyPaisa) or where required by applicable law or regulation.

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your beo444 account at any time by contacting live support. Any Real Money Funds balance at the time of closure (after applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

12.2 Termination by beo444

beo444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failed KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, beo444 may retain any funds in the account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which beo444 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

beo444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of beo444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
